The California LLC or corporation formation fee includes state filing fees, the initial Statement of Information, an EIN application, and the first year of registered-agent service. Your agreement confirms the exact coverage dates and first renewal date. Other jurisdictions and additional work require a separate scope.
No. Recurring registered-agent service and Statements of Information are separate services. The initial statement is included in the California formation package. Compliance reminders are included only when separately quoted and accepted in writing.
